Charlotte Beach in Rochester is closed more than its open due to pollution. 
Therefore many people go to Durand Beach to escape the heat. 
(Yes, I know they are not allowed to swim at Durand Beach( BUT THEY DO) 

So I sent this to Monroe County Health:

Water quality is no longer routinely tested at Durand. When it was tested 
it was often of a similar quality as Ontario Beach (some days worse, some 
days better).

I believe it should be tested
as the people swimming there
have no idea they could be in even more danger.
